Долгое время не брал кредиты. Копил и собирал) Но как показывает практика время то уходит( Кто брал кредиты в сбербанке? Подскажите. У них еще действует правило о снижении процентной ставки для заемщика с хорошей кредитной историей? Собираюсь взять сначала потребительский кредиты. А затем и ипотечный.
